Cannon Ball: Fun title, sure, we can all picture ourselves jumping into the pool yelling, “Cannonball!”. Don’t let the name fool you. This exercise will help you engage your core turning on many supporting muscles at the same time. This focused exercise is aimed to help engage your core.
Laying on your back with your knees bent to begin. Raise your legs to 90/90, support your lower back with the use of the Cue (see our Cue video), tailbone into the ground, press your hands into your knees and in return your knees into your hands, tuck your chin and slightly raise your head.
