“Our sexual energy is the most sacred there is.”
Ok so we started with Part 1 – dealing with grief and big emotions. Part 2 was learning to regulate our nervous system so we can create safety within ourselves. Part 3 is huge! We talk all things trauma – from childhood, to womanhood, to relationships to ancestral and generational trauma – so that we can heal and have the most amazing sex of our lives!
Some topics we get into:
How pregnancy/delivery can trigger previous traumas
Connection between dreams/nightmares and our subconscious
Kate’s story of trauma and recovery is woven throughout our conversation
Regulating your own nervous system
Renegotiating your relationship with your body
Renegotiating the relationship others have with your body in context of a relationship
Ways to heal are nearly limitless and we discuss:
- Body gratitude practices
- Myofascial release
- Power of forgiveness
and so much more! Please listen and connect.
