Melissa here! I love allowing others to feel safe and relaxed enough to connect into their bodies. Allowing body, mind, and heart to connect.
All too often we are bending to our limits allowing our energy and time to be stretched to the max. We often do not allow ourselves time to feel into our own bodies. Feeling the whole spectrum of our emotions, body signals and cues and listening to our own thoughts rather than allowing others to be our guides might be hindering true healing. We need to honor ourselves daily.
How often do you check in throughout the day to even take one long full inhale and exhale? We must give ourselves the present moment to move forward, this might mean building in ‘pauses’ in your day allowing for clarity into the remaining parts of the day.
I enjoy hearing that clients are making changes in their lives and their day-to-day moments. It is the small changes that make large changes. We need to first be able to drop into the present moment and check in to know what our bodies are telling us, the good, the bad, the indifferent. Once we are comfortable with daily check ins we can step into deeper layers and areas of where our bodies need healing.
