✨ June Theme: Emerge, Expand, and Heal ✨ |
So we’re taking a break from our regularly scheduled Fiji programming – which is right in line with our theme this month – TRANSITIONS! Congratulations, you survived Maycember – the end of school for many, the shift of seasons and more. Fiji brought lots of lessons that are leading us into some transitions and I promise to circle back to sharing more with you. My word for the year is EXPANSION and this season has definitely been that – there isa feeling of launching. June is also PTSD awareness month so I’d like us all to think back on how we’ve been feeling – do you resonate with these concepts of transition or expansion? |
🌿 Transition — Just as the earth shifts from the renewal of spring into the full bloom of summer, we, too, can honor this natural rhythm. June invites us to pause and notice where we are growing, what is ready to expand, and where we may still be tender. Are we choosing a path forward or being thrown around by the waves of life? ☀️ Expansion — As the days stretch longer and the sun calls us outward, it’s a beautiful time to lean into vitality, courage, and new possibilities. But expansion doesn’t have to mean constant doing — it can mean gently opening, reclaiming space, and letting your nervous system feel safe in new experiences. (more to come on that below) 💜 Awareness + Compassion — June is also PTSD Awareness Month, reminding us that for many, the process of expansion must be tender, trauma-informed, and deeply honoring of the body’s wisdom. Transitions can stir old patterns and memories, and part of growth is allowing space for healing — without shame, without force, and with deep self-compassion. This has to start with us. Self love and self compassion has to come before we can expect anything better in our lives, our relationships, our careers. So I want to help you come up with your own mantra! |
1️⃣ Start With Feeling, Not Words ✨ Ask: “How do you want to feel as you move through this transition?” Examples: safe, calm, empowered, seen, open, joyful, free 2️⃣ Connect It to Your Current Season ✨ Ask: “What season are you in right now? Are you nurturing something new, letting go, rebuilding trust, reclaiming vitality?” This grounds the mantra in their lived experience. 3️⃣ Invite Compassion ✨ Prompt: “If your inner child or tender self could hear one loving message from you right now, what would it be?” ✨ Or: “What is the most healing truth you want your body and heart to know?” 4️⃣ Keep It Short and Embodied ✨ Mantras are most powerful when they feel simple, true, and easy to breathe into the body. Something you can easily remember and repeat: “I am safe to soften.” “I trust my becoming.” “I choose grace over force.” “My body knows how to heal.” “I am whole. I am enough.” 5️⃣ Empower Ownership ✨ “Your mantra is for YOU — it can change, evolve, and be whispered, sung, written, or felt. There is no wrong way.” ✨ I encourage writing it on a sticky note, saying it before bed, placing it on the mirror, or pairing it with breathwork or movement. |
And finally, I am partnering with other healers to bring you a truly unique experience called Reclaiming Your Womb. I spend most of my days talking to women about their bodies and our beliefs range from mildly distorted to severely damaged and traumatized. In this special afternoon, we intend to gently guide us back to ourselves. This is for any woman who: * Feels disconnected from her body in any way * Has had birth trauma or a C-section * Has had any of her female organs removed * Has had trauma that has altered her connection to herself * Wants support in a safe, healing environment for any type of self discovery Click the button below for more information about the event and to save your spot. Very limited space as we are keeping the group small. |
Please let me know what you choose as your mantra! Blessings on your transition – Hello Summer! Much love, Amy and the Moment of Truth Team |
