We all want to take things to the next level right? Well here is a progression from our previous squats known as sit-stands to now doing air squats to a target. This requires a bit more control, strength and balance and gives us the opportunity to engage the core a bit more.
The drum you will here me beat repeatedly is that no matter what our fitness level is, we can always step it up a notch. There is ALWAYS a way to be safe, yet challenge ourselves. As I mentioned in our level 1 video, squats aren’t just for the gym! We do this movement every time we get in or out of the car, out of bed, on and off the toilet and when we lean down to talk to our kiddos (or pick up their toys). So might as well get stronger at it and have more confidence!
Moving is always better than not moving. So LEVEL UP with level 2! and let me know when you’re ready for more!
