The longer the better! So I love rebounding for so many reasons. #1 is probably because it is so great for either energizing the whole body to start your day or can relax and soften and prepare for amazingly deep sleep. #2 It is one of the main pillars of myofascial release, along with structural work and unwinding to truly facilitate authentic healing. #3 It is safe, gentle and almost anyone can do it. This can even be modified for people who have leg pain or difficulty standing. The only group I would caution against doing this would be very recent surgery or moderate prolapse with incontinence. Hopefully you can stand now and join in!
We used this as our final activity of the Love Yourself workshop and it was great. Some of us wished we could go home and go to bed and others felt invigorated.
