Jiggling and self rebounding are rhythmic movements. These rhythmic motions will aid in breaking up the restrictions similar to how the ocean waves crash on sandy beaches, slowly breaking the sand away.
Rebounding aids in the health of our immune and lymph systems by increasing blood flow and circulation.
Stand up with your feet hips width apart with your knees unlocked, arms relaxed at your side, soften your neck. Now, rhythmically bend and straighten your knees and ankles creating motion throughout your body. Allow this energy to build from the ground up slowing connecting to the top of your head. Keep your body soft allow the wave of motions to move through you. Notice areas that move freely and areas that are more rigid. Breathe into restrictions helping them soften. As you feel releases notice the wave of movement and pattern changes within your body.
