|Comfort during pregnancy is out top priority, and here in this video I wanted to show you just how I do that in Prenatal Massage. I have had some questions on how I do my pillow set up, and if I use the face down belly pillows. I know I would’ve LOVED to be able to lay face down during my pregnancies, I just haven’t found one I am totally comfortable with and totally love – because we want the BEST for YOU. The great thing is, you can still be comfortable and relaxed on your side and on your back with proper support. I use several pillows; one for your head, two in between the legs to take strain and pressure off the hips for better alignment, even a pillow to hug for comfort and arm support! As belly grows and needs support, I have a great wedge to do just that, so belly doesn’t pull causing strain on the back and hips while getting worked on. I also use a large wedge and bolster if we need to have you supported on your back to get the neck, shoulders, and whole front of the body.|
