What do Tony Robbins, celery juice, Fiji and Colonics have to do with each other anyway? |
Some of you may know I like cold plunge and I love doing health and science experiments. If you’ve been in recently or seen me lately, you may have noticed that I have a glucose meter on the back of my arm – same sort of thing. My husband and I went to a Tony Robbins event in New Jersey with a bunch of my former CEO Group colleagues. That event was called Unleash the Power Within. There were over 12,000 of us in a large stadium and it was still an incredibly powerful experience. I was so extremely grateful that my husband was interested in doing additional programs through Tony and so we signed up for a series of courses throughout 2025. Most of the events are offered virtually and some of them are in person. We could have chosen to do wealth and life mastery separately, virtually at other scheduled times this year, but we decided to use our 25th wedding anniversary as an additionally amazing reason to prioritize time together and attend in person in Fiji! Tony Robbins and Priming |
Tony is about personal development. mindset change and true mastery over any area of life. But he also walks the walk. He advocates for cold plunging, drinking celery juice, staying active. He taught us an activity called Priming and I linked it for you. It’s an extremely powerful activity – now imagine doing it with 12,000 other people in a stadium – truly electric. Yet it’s also powerful any morning I do it. He believes we can “change our state” and that begins with physicality first. |

As part of Life Mastery, there is a cleanse we will be doing while there so they send the menu ahead of time and recommend that we prepare prior to the trip by avoiding or limiting: Dairy Alcohol – not an issue Caffeine (did you guys all just gasp for me as you thought of my coffee addiction?
