It can be challenging finding different ways to help our hips stretch and relax to take the pressure off of our low backs. It is so important to find a position that you can hold and relax in that will give your body time to shift and relax and a way that gives you lasting benefits!

I don’t mean to get all “anatomy-geek” on you guys but your adductors attach to the pubic bone and even connect into and influence the pelvic floor muscles. That kind of tightness is NOT the help gravity needs. Check it out then give it a try!
