So we are long past the days of women only being barefoot, pregnant and in the kitchen – yet here I am, barefoot in the kitchen but DEFINITELY not pregnant! However, I have a great stretch for pregnant women, or anyone with a tight low back, or hips or shoulders.

So head into the kitchen, hold onto the sink and lower down. If you feel anything besides a wonderful elongation of your back and opening of the hips, stop. There are too many great stretches to bother doing one that isn’t helpful, especially if you are pregnant. Please KNOW, it may be common, but is not normal to have hip pain, pubic bone pain or low back pain just because you’re pregnant. Uncomfortable yes, but pain can and should be treated! If you’re not sure if you need our help, call for a FREE discovery session! 623-226-4002! You’re also welcome to our free report on avoiding pain while pregnant. Just click HERE and it will be emailed to you!
