Hey guys – it’s Courtney! You know I had to come and share some fun facts about massage on Therapeutic Massage Awareness Day!

I thought I would pick out a few topics that people don’t always think of when it comes to massage.


Did you know massage has been proven to help improve the quality of your sleep? Whether you have a baby waking you up throughout the night, or if you are going through the journey of menopause – massage can help improve sleep! We know how important sleep is for the body to heal and detox.


Unfortunately, stress and anxiety is something that effects just about all of us, massage can be a great tool to add to your mental health self care check list.


You may be surprised to hear that massage actually can help improve digestion/stimulate digestion, without actually even touching the abdomen – but there are also great benefits to having your abdomen massaged as well!
