Good morning friends!

We’re still continuing this self love through the rest of the month – because you are worth finding ways to care for your body and nervous system!

Courtney here – I know we are having some great weather coming up, but I am still feeling it in the mornings and this winter have felt the need for something warm, cozy, healing and nourishing. I have been working on lowering some pain and inflammation in my spine. I found this recipe and have been making it all winter long, tweaking it here and there as I go.

Tips:

  • Use cocoa powder or cacao powder, whatever you have on hand – both have amazing benefits, don’t stress about it.
  • Optional: add ½ cup of UNFLAVORED bone broth or 2 TBS of collagen powder
  • Optional: add ginger or cinnamon to add even more warm coziness and more anti-inflammatory benefits!
  • Optional: add pinch of sea salt for added mineral goodness
