Anyone need a reset? Ever wish someone would just unplug you and plug you back in?

Ok – I’ve decided it does me no good to be frustrated with myself for not figuring this out sooner but I’ve always wanted to use the hammocks for more than just our aerial classes and we’re finally doing it.

I’m so excited to be offering Nervous System Reset Sessions in the hammocks. 

Some of the many benefits are:

  • Decompress your spine in the anti-gravity suspension of the hammock
  • Improved blood and lymph circulation
  • Nervous system reset with combined weightlessness and slight compression

Those are just the physical benefits – never mind the chance to breathe deeply, meditate, relax to soothing music, take a nap (we won’t tell). 

Slight compression causes the brain to release serotonin which calms us, can reduce cortisol and helps regulate melatonin for better sleep.

Suspension in the hammocks allows for breathing to deepen, the compression can stimulate the vagus nerve and help our systems get better at regulating which means we can handle stressors better. 🙌

We feel this can greatly enhance your sessions as you will be more connected to your body, be breathing and feeling better and able to connect and shift tension and energy more quickly.🔥

Several options to take advantage of this amazing offering:
1. Book an add-on to your existing massage or PT appointment (ideally prior to your session)
2. Book an add-on to your yoga class (has to be prior)
3. Book a stand alone session

Sessions are $49 for 30 min and will be scheduled around yoga classes

Added benefits of a full aerial practice include:

1. doing something new or challenging activates the brain in new ways
2. additional inversion for decompressing spine and body as well as improved lymph function which is the detoxing system of our body
3. Compression and release of silks on different areas provides additional stimulation to our circulatory system and blood flow can bring healing to various muscle groups
