Talking all things health and going against the grain of most societal norms.

We really dive into changing the conversation and getting through all the weeds when it comes to women, our cycles, better nutrition and gut health.

  • Most women are undereating – there we said it and we unpack that statement.
  • Deciphering labels
  • Fake sugars and how they are both toxic and also bladder irritants
  • Gut microbiome – including your vaginal microbiome
  • Hormone/Endocrine disruptors and safe alternatives

Don’t let this all get too overwhelming – we share about habit stacking to start making steps towards healthier living!

We even discuss Ted Lasso!

Emily Duncan joined the Moment of Truth and Healing Space team as both a Physical Therapist and yoga instructor in February 2023. Growing up in Litchfield Park, she now lives in Verrado with husband Cody and baby boy, Grant.

Graduating with a Bachelors from GCU and completing her Physical Therapy doctorate at NAU, Emily enjoys All things Women’s Health; living a non-toxic, nutrition focused, Eastern medicine lifestyle and spending her free time outside, cooking, or reading a historical fiction or fantasy book.

Taking her first yoga class at the age of 15 she was immediately hooked, falling in love with the beauty, grace, and challenges of a regular Power Flow or Vinyasa practice.
