Earthing, what is it? Connecting to the earth is the easiest way to describe earthing. Grounding ones self. One can connect with the earth by walking barefoot, laying on the ground or submerging/floating in water. As we connect with the earth there is an exchange of electrical energy increasing the function of ones immune system defense.

  • Chronic fatigue
  • Chronic pain
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Sleep deprivation

Earthing, one way to help you stay grounded. As schedules change, lifestyles have been altered and we are facing uncertain times we all need to be reminded to enjoy the simple things and refocus on how we react to these times.
