So it has occurred to me throughout this process that I have an advantage for making the most out of my colonic sessions with my training in fascial and visceral work – so it made sense to me to share that info! Video 1 on your colon is an explanation of the anatomy so you can visualize what you’re feeling for. The 2nd video is me actually doing it to my abdomen so you can see it applied. ***Pro tip – this works even outside of a colonic for digestive issues or to help with your own motility and pooping!💩 |
