Below is a picture of the colonic room. I’m going to walk you step by step what to expect from your experience – although Carolyn Berry and her team do an amazing job of that on their website. Click HERE to learn more and see their 5 locations.
Another incredible thing I’d like to mention – check with your insurance. My husband and I were beyond shocked to find out that our BCBS insurance covers 12 sessions. We don’t even have a copay when referred by our physician.

When you go in the room, they give you a top cover and explain how it works so you can use the glove and lube provided and lay down and apply the lube to the small tube and insert it rectally and you scoot down. You can put your legs on the side area or up on top – whatever is most relaxing. The technician comes back in once you press the button stating you are ready. She makes sure the water gets flowing and you know which knob controls it. She also can make it slightly warmer or cooler depending on how you feel. She can dim the lights and there is nice music playing as well. Click below for footage from my third session. |
But now some real talk about the deeper stuff. 😍 Shifts are cumulative. 🌟Shifts can create momentum and acceleration 💞Opening up can lead to more than we ever planned or dreamed When we take a forward step in 1 area – like our physical health – it can have a very positive snowball into other areas. Likewise, we make some progress with emotional healing and it can overflow into our physical or mental health. That happened for me. There were positive overflows from the colonics, the celery juice and cleaner eating that carried over into my creativity and depth filming content, greater depth and progress with my own healing during my somatic breathwork session and some even deeper connection and healing. Listen to the video below for Amy spilling more tea on this breakthrough! |
Maybe use this concept of stacking choices that can create a positive snowball for you! What changes would you like to see, have, experience? What feels like a doable starting point? What could step 2 be? ***Sidenote – the book Atomic Habits has great advice and practical tips on stacking habits. For example, make 1 small nutritional change – I often recommend adding something good before stopping something not so good (Start some important supplements or adding celery juice) Then that might inspire you to make another positive shift in your morning routine – maybe some outside sunshine as you drink your juice. Now those 2 positive actions more automatically happen together! Get it? Stay tuned – more from me on colonics, Tony and Fiji coming next week! Blessings, Amy |
