Bellies, Babies & Birth Podcast – with Maria Mandarino

I love the Enneagram! It’s so fun Maria was such a fascinating guest. She is an amazing massage therapist who specialized in myofascial release for almost 20 years. She also became an acupuncturist, then a spiritual director. She has become a trained enneagram coach and uses that as a tool to help her clients develop more awareness. Maria has a passion for helping others with healing practices grow and deepen their ability so that they can serve their clients even better.

Highlights:

  • Using the Enneagram to connect to your mind, body and heart
  • How to be gentler with ourselves
  • We can only take clients as far as we’re willing to go.
  • Listening with the “ear of the heart.”
