Hey guys, Amy here – it’s finally my turn! I guess we can say we saved the best for last – who would argue with me? They already went 🙂

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas holiday or Hanukkah or anything else you’re celebrating right now. Tis the season for so much magic!

Why I do what I do —

Well, this might sound cheesy, but it’s because of all of you. Taking part of and witnessing people’s break through moments, their ease of pain, finally feeling heard, their baby latching without pain, hearing how much better sex felt, crying tears of gratitude all because I listened. These are irreplaceable moments. Helping someone avoid surgery or get back to running; helping babies poop well and sleep better makes mamas smile. Every session is new and we’ve had several clients choose a deeper healing journey and really dive into releasing old trauma. To hold space for that and see the freedom is beyond an honor. There truly aren’t words, and you know that’s saying something when I can’t find the words, lol. Thank you to all of you who have come into our space at all in the past. I’m truly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us. We value that trust and it means the world to us.

My favorite treatment that helps my patients!

I have a lot of favorites after all these years. Today I chose rebounding because we could truly use these 5-10 minutes to reset, to get more mobile, maybe even get a little silly and relax, especially this time of year. Rebounding is such a great way to get tension out of the body People typically are clenching their bottom throughout the day and over-squeezing when needing to contract for stability. I ensure that the “canister” from diaphragm to pelvic floor and tummy muscles into low back are all working together. With these four teammates working together, it typically leads to improving continence, less pain, and awareness within your body.

With that being said, here is a video of rebounding – this is a great way to process the busy-ness of this time of year, especially as we head into a new year. In January, we will be bringing you more ways to help your nervous system calm and reduce stress! Stay tuned and go jiggle!
