Try it out and see what angles work best for you. You really can work on any area that feels tight or sore! Don’t forget the telescoping! That is really where the magic is for engaging the fascial tissue and not getting just a basic muscle stretch! That and holding it for 2-3 minutes until body releases in own pattern. So go find a spot at the right height and get some Elvis in that pelvis with better hip, back, leg mobility!
