Use this video to help re-strengthening your core and pelvic floor and work toward planks! This video will show you alternative positions and steps to focus on while retraining your muscles.
- Begin on your hands and knees. Focus on your core and Cue.
- Begin with shoulder taps, progressing to arm raise, leg raises and then combos with opposite arm and leg raises.
- Then adding a hold 5 second.
