If your plate is already full, the last thing you need is another long list of things you “should” be doing for your health.

That’s why I love habit stacking: pairing a small new practice with something you already do. A few gentle movements while watching TV. A moment of foot care when you take off your shoes. A kinder thought while getting ready.

These three short videos offer simple ways to bring more movement, attention, and positivity into your day—without needing a whole new routine.

01   THE BIG 6 LYMPHATIC FLOW

Wake up your movement

The Big 6 Lymphatic Flow — watch on YouTube

Follow along as I demonstrate Dr. Perry Nickelston’s Big 6: gentle circles and tapping in six key areas, followed by light bouncing.

Stack it: Before a workout or as part of your shower routine, give your body a few minutes of gentle attention.

02 FOOT MOBILITY

Give your feet some love

Your feet help you balance, adapt to the ground, and move through your day. Gentle toe separation, ankle circles, and arch massage are simple ways to care for that hardworking foundation.

Stack it: While watching a show or applying lotion, spend a couple of minutes gently moving each foot.

03 THE HAPPY CELL SONG

Add a kinder soundtrack

Notice the words you speak over yourself. This playful little song is an invitation to offer your body encouragement and compassion—even on the days it feels frustrating.

Stack it: While getting ready or during a movement break, sing along or try: “My body deserves care, and I’m learning how to support it.”

Choose one. Keep it gentle.

You don’t need to start all three today. Pick one practice and pair it with a moment that already happens in your day. Let consistency grow from there.

And remember: positivity doesn’t mean pretending pain or hard days aren’t real. It can simply mean noticing your self-talk and choosing words that make room for compassion, possibility, and care.

You don’t have to earn kindness from yourself.

I’d love to hear which habit you choose. Reply and tell us what you’re trying!

With care,
Amy & the Moment of Truth team

Keep movements comfortable and gentle. If something hurts, pause and ask us about an option that fits your body.
