Seriously! You can do it! Getting bored with situps? Regular planks? Even tired of watching the side plank video with my dog in it? Well here is a new one for you. Keep your back level as if a glass of water is on it and feel the strength it takes as you tap each shoulder!

Ok, so full disclosure! I did get out of breath trying to do this AND talk you through it, so putting these in my routine immediately! You can start with just a few taps on each side and rest in between. Your strength will build up in no time. If you feel like your shoulders are weaker than your core, try adding in our pushup progressions. Check out that video here.
