Intentional Meditation:

As we are all paving new paths in our journeys we can simple set in intention daily, weekly, or monthly. What are you wanting to create and feel within your life? Join us for a short seated meditation shifting your focus with intention. This simple guided meditation is here as a template with the goal of helping you set and intention for yourself, or others. 

Simply finding a comfortable seat on the ground or in a chair. Closing down your eyes if this is comfortable to you or finding a relaxed gaze. Begin by focusing on breath to calm your system. Inhaling and exhaling. Following the guided cues we will set an intention for ourselves and together.
