We’ve all heard it after bodywork: “Make sure you drink lots of water!” — but it’s not just something we say for fun.
Hydration is a key part of your healing process. Your body needs water to flush out toxins, reduce inflammation, and support recovery. When you’re dehydrated, everything works harder… which can slow healing and leave you dealing with headaches, soreness, fatigue, and that overall off feeling.
And let’s be honest—Arizona heat is doing the absolute most right now Even if you’re used to it, your body still needs extra support to keep up.

If you want to get the most out of your sessions, staying hydrated before and after your treatments is one of the simplest (and most effective) things you can do.
Challenge yourself: For the next 3 days, intentionally increase your water intake. Aim for at least half your body weight in ounces, and pay attention to how you feel—energy, mood, recovery, all of it.
*Pro tips – urine should be very pale yellow. Electrolytes can be game changers but choose one that doesn’t have added sugars, artificial sweeteners, colors etc. We like WaterBoy, Nectar, LMNT as recommended brands.
