Join us for our Wiggle & Flow Infant Mobility workshop for newborns and pre-crawlers. Learn how to read your baby's cues for movement and development. Techniques to promote awareness, strengthen baby's bones and muscle tone as well as sensory motor skills will be implemented.
Gentle stretches will be introduced to promote body awareness in a play based practice. A mindfulness approach to a healthy baby, healthy family and calm life.
*Please bring: extra blankets for cushioning, a pillow and quiet/gentle toys.
