So this is just one more piece in that larger picture of connection and intimacy and the even larger picture of your overall wellbeing.

Just like our pooping and menstrual cycles are a good indicator of overall health, the quality of our sex life can be an indicator of the health of our relationship and overall intimacy – certainly not the whole picture but a piece that we often minimize or undervalue. I won’t go on a rant about why orgasms are so good for you. Click HERE for all our latest blogs, many of which discuss this topic. Or follow us on our YouTube channel – if you don’t already subscribe, I would greatly appreciate it – tons of content and podcasts on there!

If you want to dive deeper on any of these topics – please hit reply and let me know – I read every response. Also stay tuned for our newsletter coming out later this week for all the upcoming events and workshops, including one on better sex around your cycle as well as syncing your workouts and nutrition with your cycle on September 7th! Would love to have you join us!

Blessings,

Amy
