Using The Ball For Self Treatment


If you actually master using the ball effectively, you might think I’m giving away my best kept secret, but I am seriously committed to making sure clients can keep improving between sessions. I also want to make sure that we aren’t just grinding our tissues out on a foam roller or lacrosse ball for temporary mobility gains when we could be getting more lasting relief and releases with this technique. WARNING: Patience required!

In addition to patience, this requires and can greatly enhance awareness which brings so many benefits, including but not limited to: Better athletic performance, decreased pain, better management of pain as you become more aware of root cause, improved mobility addressing tight areas as you recognize where things are truly coming from, rather than just the initial symptoms and so much more!
