My name is Amy Vander Linden and I have specialized in myofascial release for over 9 years nad pelvic health for 5.  My passion is working with women before, during and after pregnancy to help them have the easiest pregnancy, optimal delivery and recover fully.  No matter how things go, there is the potential for tissue and emotional trauma. Whether a vaginal delivery or C-section, there are pros and cons for you and baby.  I can help to mitigate those cons for you and baby. Maybe you’re really not having any concerns or symptoms but aren’t sure if it’s safe to resume exercise, sex, or working.  Kegels are not the easy answer.  Often times, the pelvic area is trying to stabilize and protect from the relaxin hormones, the trauma from birth (even if just inflammation from everything spreading) and there are certain areas that are tight and painful and others that are weak.  I assist with restoring balance in the pelvic floor tissue and ensuring that you can move forward with any activities that are important for you!
