Jennifer Kizer, MA LPC is a licensed professional counselor with ten years of professional experience helping others heal and recovery from many issues including depression, anxiety, as well as trauma and PTSD. Body N Brain Yoga was developed in 1985 by Ilchi Lee that combines East Asian healing and energy philosophies, and brain education.  Personally, Jennifer is a mother of five beautiful children ages 16, 14, 12, 10 and 4 years old who provide her with great joy and an increased sense of of motivation and purpose.
